Environmental Migration

A multidisciplinary analysis of the environmental drivers of migration and refugees around the world, with an emphasis on developing policy and humanitarian solutions. Topics include displacements caused by droughts, floods, and hurricanes; the impacts of climate change and sea level rise; and, global treaties and policy options for providing assistance to migrants, displaced people, and refugees. Prerequisites: ES110 or ES101.
